This isn’t bootcamp. We’ve perfected a structured, regimented program for personalized head-to-toe conditioning - all in a group setting with other driven women working to be their best.

“heavy” is subjective

Strength training is extremely personal. Lifting heavy doesn’t mean power lifting or extreme weights. It means using weights in a way that challenges your current abilities.

All that matters is progressive overload. Your body will adapt over time, and what was once challenging will eventually become easier. When 10 pound bicep curls aren’t challenging anymore, it’s time to pick up the 12.5 pound dumbbells. Not so scary, right?

Think four circuits means monotony? Think again. High Intensity Resistance Training combines weights and interval training, meaning endless combinations for us to target certain muscle groups in different ways.

Our studio equipment includes top-tier dumbbells, barbells and plates, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, BOSU balls, resistance bands, spin bikes, rowing machines, jump ropes, plyo boxes, agility tools and more.


upper and lower body splits

Structuring your workouts is key for optimal results and avoiding injury. We’ve designed our program with your busy schedule in mind, allowing you to reach your fitness goals while still having a life.

Alternating between upper and lower body workouts allows you to fully engage certain muscle groups while resting others. With only 3-4 workouts a week, you can hit every muscle at least twice while simultaneously getting your cardio in.

partner supersets

Our workouts offer a unique combination of a group setting with the intimacy of one-on-one engagement.

Studies show that working out with a partner can increase performance and results by up to 200%. In each of our circuits, you’ll be switching back and forth between exercises with a partner. Not only will you be more engaged and motivated, but you get to exercise with your best friends and meet new ones.
