We’ve designed the fitness trifecta of research-proven workouts, nutrition, and a structured, immersive program to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build curves or get stronger - we’ve got you covered.

Over the course of 6 weeks, our Muscles and Mascara challenge will get you leaner and stronger, teach you long-term nutrition skills to finally understand how control your physique, keep you engaged and excited with weekly studio events and point challenges, and provide 1-on-1 coaching from our team of Certified Personal Trainers.

Did we mention that our studio is women-only? We have a 3,000 square foot facility just for you and your besties, and all of our workouts are designed for the female body and goals (aka be prepared to work those glutes!)

The Workouts

Want to do those moves you see on Instagram? We’re the only female-only studio to specialize in weights and offer structured, monthly programs written by Certified Personal Trainers. Remember - consistency is key for results! Practicing the same workouts over the month allows you to become more familiar and stronger in those moves, meaning you will actually see and feel your progress week over week. Our classes are 45 minutes and we hit it all - strength, HIIT, endurance and power.



Everyone knows that abs are made in the kitchen, but how? What’s a macro? Should you be doing keto? Low carb? Intermittent fasting? Detoxing? There’s enough diet information out there to make your head spin. We’ll maximize your workouts with weekly recipes and grocery lists, and our Macros 101 seminar simplifies how to eat healthy for the long run. Our goal is to help women truly comprehend how to fuel their bodies and get off the rollercoaster of dieting and weight gain for good.

Challenge Includes:

Challenge cost: $249

Challenge begins on September 2 and ends October 13.

$49 deposit is due to reserve your spot and remaining balance is charged on September 2. You will receive a phone call from a studio team member and on-boarding email within 24 hours of reservation purchase. Spots are limited and must be claimed prior to September 2.
