While you may schedule your classes however you like, the Drench offers our newbies some structure to acclimate you to strength training.
Weeks 1-4: Learn the foundations of weight training by rotating through Upper HIRT, Lower HIRT, Pure Cardio and Full Body classes.
Week 5: Graduate to Barbell Buns 101 and learn the proper form and technique of compound lifts.
Weeks 5-8: Turn up the heat by incorporating Barbell Buns into your weekly routine and progressively moving up in weights during class.

Monthly memberships are a 4 month minimum contract. After the 4 months, members may cancel their membership with 30 days prior notice. Members may continue to use their membership through the end of the month during which Ambition Fitness LLC receives notice of cancellation. Class bundle purchases are subject to the expiration date. Monthly memberships and class purchases are subject to a $15 activation fee and are nonrefundable.
Members must cancel at least 2 hours prior to a scheduled class. For no shows and late cancellations, monthly members will be charged a $10 fee per class, and members with class bundles will forfeit that class.
Late Arrival Policy
We enforce a strict Late Arrival Policy for your own safety. You must be on time to class to properly stretch and warm up. No entry is admitted 10 minutes after class has begun.
